Don't waste your money. Great location, horribly outdated, and the greasiest burger I've ever had. Kitchen messed up twice & way overpriced.
After you come down from the waterfall hike this place is a good stop to refuel. They have just renovated and everything looks pretty brand new.
I enjoy eating lunches and dinners quite often at Treetops. The food is always fresh. Crispy fresh greens. Friendly employees. Best stage for music and shows outside of Waikiki. Having lunch in the JUNGLE! Who cool is that? The BEST Teriyaki Chicken on the planet! You gotta try the house special teriyaki chicken! The dessert table features great pies and pastries all made in house. The Chicken Long Rice is one of the best I have ever tried next to my moms....Perfect place for local events. I highly recommend kids birthday parties, CD release parties for local musicians. Big stage perfect for hula events. Great management. Best location for that Hawaiian feel. Check out the Sunday Brunch they got a nice variety of island favorites. Tourist love this place - makes you believe you are really in Hawaii. No traffic sounds, no smell of exhaust fumes - just pure mountain valley breezes blowing through the rooms. Wow what a beautiful experience for tourist!
There is a sign at the entrance: closed for renovation. (I'm giving it one star as Google won't let me post with no stars.)
Amazing place! You can go before and after a nice hike! The loco Moco was amazing and the staff are super friendly.
Food was so-so up until my group saw three different RAT'S wondering around going towards the kitchen!!! Waitress said it's normal we're in a rainforest!
New Chef delivers great tasting food. Local style all the way!!!
The Treetops New Management is dedicated to carry on the tradition of catering to Local families , business , and tourist alike .. Local support has been exemplified by the numerous bookings for celebration and get together of which are very appreciative .. The daily Buffet ( 11 am to 2 pm ) is a showcase to attract guests at a reasonable prices , to come and sample similar food served at famous establishment on Oahu ..!! The kitchen and dining room staff are eager to serve , the quality of food prepared is top of the line .. and with Aloha .
Just had lunch there today. I was very disappointed! The food was below average, the salad bar was just "okay." There were no signs for the dressing. The sushi rice was hard. The dessert table was very disappointing, the cookies were soggy, the "haupia" pie tasted stale, the bread pudding was hard and stale. The only thing good was the coffee and the waiter.
Great place
Average buffet, decent for the price. Not much stood out except the bread pudding. Though we did find the food to be on the salty side.
What a quaint lovely restaurant in the middle of the treetops! We went around 230 and had the whole place to ourselves and Clayton, the most charming ukulele player, personally serenaded us...it was an emotional experience!
Beautiful place surrounded by trees and good service
This was the best meal we had in Hawaii- and we hunted down the best restaurants we could find. We had the Samoan inspired bread with Indian spices and shared a Bon bo Hue soup for starters- both were delicious and the soup was better than the udon soups at MaruKame Udon which is the #10 restaurant in Waikiki! We then had the Balianese inspired fish for mains - super fresh and amazing flavour. We couldn't fault the meal at all.Our server (Christopher?) was amazing and so attentive the whole night (even rushed some soda water over to me when we saw me get some soup on my white top- I didn't even think anyone saw!). It seemed they were training some new servers which is why others may have had service not up to scratch.
Let me start by saying I'm picky, like annoyingly picky. This place was delicious! Truly was! And to the person saying it's like a Jurassic park scene, ahhhh you are in the middle of falls and botanical gardens, what do you expect?
I like the the staff because has a good service and lovely to the customer, and i disappointed the parking because is to small!
Beware of the groupon. We bought one last February to use in April and they were no longer honoring the BIGIF. They did give us the value we paid though.
Good brunch hike before or after meal🤙😎
Food was decent, service was terrible, she was sweet but didnt ask how we wanted our check and put it al on one then insisted she couldnt separate. Buffet should contain more then 4 dishes and a salad. Not worth 18$.
Ants in The soda and I ordered The buffe, The rice was cold. Never again!
FYI... On 2/2/2018 I called their phone number and a recording stated that they're currently closed for renovations.
Great atmosphere and food was awesome. I liked the variety and the pudding is definitely a must. Thanks Tess.👍🏽👍🏽
The buffet was good, private lanai was a nice setting, just be mindful of the time of day with the sun.
Superb food and excellent service nestled amongst the tree tops in Manoa Valley's rainforest. Love coming here! The new chefs are preparing fine dining meals.
Bugs, trash, and disappointment. My boyfriend and I got there around buffet closing time so we understood the food wouldn't be the freshest. However, that being said, It was horrid. There were bugs everywhere. The fruit in the buffet had an earwig in it, the bread had a fly trapped in it under the lid buzzing around, and gnats were everywhere. There were four employees standing around talking, completely unconcerned. The ladies restroom had ants crawling on the sink, toilet paper and trash on the floor, and at least the first stall I went in had no toilet paper. We were the only two people in the entire restaurant, four employees doing nothing, and the restroom looked like a truck stop. It sounded so cute and I was so optimistic. We were starved at the time but now I really regret eating there and I'm just hoping we don't spend the rest of our vacation sick.
Good place if you like drag. We didn't stay for the show. Not into drag not against others freedoms just not a fan.
I ate here after a hike... Speechless, scary, dirty, are some words I would use. So not eat here. It's looks like a scene from Jarrassic park
Nice place to eat a good buffet after a long hike at Manoa falls. Good food but need to improve on their deserts chocolate brownie tastes like box.
Clean side. The taste of the shaved ice will be the same, but I feel that the $ 3 shaved ice that I ate with Hassan was really delicious.
Small shop with small amount of seating in the corridor.
I think the location is nice, but rough old building.
Good food and really good price
view good , taste good
Old but has the vibe that ut is being cleaned up. We sat outside so pf course there were spiders and geckos which was xool. Thw food feom the buffett was old. They definitely have to check its viability evwry hour Our waiter Christian was nice. We ordered the buffalo wings and fish and chips. Not great but good when hungry. My honest opinion, go there for the lemonade and save your money. The ambiance was dry and somber. I felt like i was in a library.
It needs a little work. But the view is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. They have a cocktail called After da HIKE LEMONADE IT WAS AMAZING so fresh. I recommend coming here after a beautiful morning hike at Manoa falls.
